Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at inspira@inspiraflooring.com. We’ll provide return instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.

 

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
